*1. Hot water faucet at the ware washing room handwashing sink is inoperable. Handle will not turn to discharge water. 2. No soap or paper towels are available at the hand wash sink in the warewashing area. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap, individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air hand drying device. Faucet was adjusted during inspection to provide hot water. Soap and paper towels were provided during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

*Breakfast sandwiches (pork roll, egg and cheese on a roll) in the warming cabinet (typically used for soft pretzels) were measured at 110°F. Ambient temperature within unit was measured at 111°F. Hot foods must be held at 135°F and above. Affected products were discarded during inspection. Breakfast sandwiches to be stored in main hot holding cabinet moving forward . Corrected On-Site.
